    Default Fiat Doblo 1.4 8v Faults P0011 & P0016

Hi. I have problem with Fiat Doblo Cargo 1.4 8v (2005-2009). After some time of driving, comes these fault codes and car runs at half boost.
    P0011 & P0016 - Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation

Can some change in ecu or where, make to crankshaft and camshaft sensor read data only on start, and after that to have some "static" to not show fault.

Sensors are new, but still the same, timing is correct.

    Hi,
That engine has Timing chain or Timing belt ?
If Timing chain, it might be loose and when starting the engine (with low oil pressure on start) it has too much play.
Please check it. It might be your problem.

    It is with timing belt.

Otherwise, I made some modifications on camshaft timing oil control valve, and now engine runs much smoother, and there isn't fault P0016, but only P0011.

And also, fault comes when driving on the road with a constant throttle load for about 15-20 meters, no matter which rpm. When I play with rpm and gears, there is no fault.

The whole problem is because of solenoid valve for camshaft variable timing is stuck. Solution is first to check timing belt with proper special timing tool. After timing belt is ok don't start the engine yet !! Remove camshaft timing solenoid, disasemble it and clean it very good. It stucks because of not changing engine oil long time. Remove also camshaft cover and clean it with petrol of all the rubish which is formed because of no changing the engine oil. This should be enough. You can start now the engine and all should be OK. It's good idea before starting the engine to make adaptation of the variable solenoid with diagnostic equipment. Thats all.
