Upa usb problem

I'm having problems with my upa usb. When connected to the computer says the software license number is not valid. And in the taskbar of Windows, a message appears telling: connect your device to a 2.0 port to work faster, but all my ports are 2.0.
Then I desistalado software upa, I deleted records, I desisntalado drivers upa, I desistalado USB drivers and the problem persists.
However, I install the software on a computer difererente but same make and model, and it works perfectly ... any suggestions? or someone happened the same?

i think the problem is usb port. try use another port. same issue?
