Epg won't update

Hi all my 800 uses dreamelite, the epg worked fine but now I get now & next & that's it. I have cross epg, is there any help out there please

try updating rytec providers and try again ,very common had it here also.

Unfortunately it says no rytec providers available

in that case i would rescan my channels first then retry crossepg again,failing that exit out of cross epg and try xmltv sources.
