TM100 and the FLY company THIEVES

A client bought from somebody the TM100. After few months he claims it became faulty and was only flashing the orange lights. He asked if I could fix it. I tried to load the new firmware but it failed. I asked one of the fly engineers and he tried over teamviewer and also failed. He said we should send the unit back to them. I posted it and now after a month they received it and this is the answer they sent me on skype

[04:24:03 AM] auto diagnostic tool/Mary: we received your TM100
[04:24:17 AM] auto diagnostic tool/Mary: but you have removed the battery
[04:24:29 AM] auto diagnostic tool/Mary: according to the regulation of our company
[04:24:39 AM] auto diagnostic tool/Mary: we must detain your TM100
[04:24:47 AM] auto diagnostic tool/Mary: very sorry

How can they detain the unit? It's not their property any more. This is stealing. If they don't want to repair it they should return it and not confiscate it. They are not the GOVERNMENT that they can confiscate peoples goods especially people that bought goods from them. What stupid policy is that?

I want them to fix it or return it.

They desactived my TM100 and said useless and block me on skype.

99% equipment produced by Chinese companies are stolen from Europe or other areas, from the original companies, if not device is stolen, that has been is stolen conception of product ...
So what do you expect? that the thief will treat you well ???

...... low price chinese device = stolen idea or device ... in 99% cases

My tm100 also i try to activate it, i get message from server"this device is deactivate" i contact some one from fly they send me v7.02 after installed it. it erase all things from my tm100, now no connection with usb , led power and run flashing orange no firmware in it.

Even such respectable company as Launch is having devices that ar full with stolen protocols from other diagnostics like VCDS and IstaD so what did you expect from FLY and a chinese guy named Mary......?????

They blocked it because it belonged to other server. They now working new boss and new server. All other tools fvdi tm100 etc. Is nit work anymore. Both leds flash because tool locked .
