I think mcu is dead because I can not read it. Wonder if i can buy a new one (mc9s12dg128) and if find files of same module, car model year and fix it.
Is this possible or what can i do?

I lifted all pins with need to connect but no result.
Can with a new one be happen or what

No need lift mcu pin... but lift the transistor leg on the back side... easy !
