x-431 Diagun III(samsung K9F1G08UD)

Hi I Have a x431 Diagun III. When i was calibrating the screen and setting up the time and date i reset the scanner when it finish. The scanner now stay in the main screen logo and never boot completely. I try to remove the the battery and the backup mini battery from inside, nothing helps.

I need the binary from the internal tsop (Samsung K9F1G08UD). I can remove and reprogram it. please help. my tsop is corrupt and I'm sure that there is no hardware problem. Please Help...!
