Bosch 48023 cross reference... Will 30680 do the same job?

Hi everyone. Im trying to find a replacement IC to testing a bosch ECU for a BMW X5 E70 2011 DDE8512407. It uses a power IC drive Bosch 48023, which i suspect to be dead.
Is there a way or any ideas on how to test or measure this IC to confirm if thats the one dead, to order a new replacement.
I got one ECU EDC17CP20 for a VW Amarok 2011 that is fine P/N 03L906022SL and it has a powei IC drive Bosch 30680, does any one if it is compatible.
I could order one, but will take nearly 2weeks to receive it. I would like to make sure it is the problem before waste time and then nothing.

Already tried resolder all pins, still samething... Dead...

you can try whit this bosch 40076 is same as 48023, please if i help you press tanks and reputation buttoms!!!

you can write the mask (letters and numbers) and the data sheet in pdf ... like this example:"TLE4275 pdf data sheet "..Many bosch driver or other brand do not have public data sheet, this is the problem, all the commercial integrated circuits are in google!
