Yes, a gremlin in the software, that causes problems from time to time, this normally fixes it;
1. Menu-setup-service searching-ABM-update config files
2. Menu-setup-service searching-ABM-configure and include 'not indexed' channels to 'No' press 'Green'
3. Menu-setup-service searching-ABM-configure and include 'not indexed' channels to 'Yes' press 'Green'
4. Start scan
hopefully you should get those channels back

Hi mate regarding the ss roi and eir is there a way to stop them disappearing once you have them. Lost again after a few days. Thanks
It's an issue with Autobouquetsmaker' scripting, which is way beyond my level, all I can advice is doing what I stated in post#108 and confirmed working by damiensk at post#110, might take a couple of scans , then once you got those channels back is to turn Autobouquetsmaker's daily auto scan off and only do manual scans when needed.
A few new Channels/Rebrands added this week, here's the picons for the new channels, just FTP to /usr/share/enigma2/picon will added at next update.

Great skin and epg, thanks a lot for all your hard work Martin.

Just upgraded from an H2 to an H.2H. Thanks for your backup image martin. Working on both Sat & cable.
Had 2 or 3 crashes causing the box to reboot. Happens while scrolling through the EPG & then selecting a channel. Not sure why. Didn't have time to read the crash report before the box rebooted. Might try a different skin (using default $ly Q skin at moment).

Cheers Hadron for the info, was it just a matter of changing/configuring tuner B and ABM for cable and installing a cable EPG.
Not to sure about the crashes but I'm sure when your bored you'll have a look at the crash logs, might be a conflict between the sky Q skin and the movie organiser plugin as I sometimes get the odd crash after watching a recorded program then changing channels.
Also try MK picons, they do look good with the sky Q skin.
Edit: Confirmed, there was a bug with SkyQ V1.5 skin causing the box to crash, V1.6 fixes this bug, I've taken down the backup image and will update the Skin to V1.6 and add the latest picons, hopefully tomorrow.

Software Update: Chabs' SkyQ skin updated to V1.6 to Fix movie player to channel selection crash bug, autostandby added @00:50, Tuner driver updated 'disequ to yes' not required anymore, picons updated including sky Musicals
- SkyQ Skin updated to V1.6 (Toppicks Edition)
- Autostanby timer added
- Picons updated
- Tuner drivers updated
Sky Musical Picon added below for those not wanting to reflash their Zgemma
First thing I did was configure ABM to add provider prefix to bouquet. It makes it easier to see if you are on the sat or cable tuner. In the ABM providers, I enabled Virgin UK & selected my area. Set up the bouquets.
Enabled tuner B for DVB-C (although I'm not sure it it was already enabled). Put in my network ID. Service scan type = Provider & chose Virgin Media (6952) as my provider. I then did a service search scan on tuner B only (as the sat side of things was already set up). Took around 25 minutes I think.
Finaly, I did an ABM scan to put the channels in their Favourite folders.
I havent installed EPG_refresh yet, as for some reason, I got a 7 day EPG on the cable channels when I first set the box up. It's gone now though.

It should not take 25 mins for ABM to do a cable scan for doing both Sat (UK+Ire) and cable on a H series should take around 2-3 minutes tops, the cable EPG will load if you set the EPG - Settings - Enable Virgin EPG to 'On' when you goto any Cable channel and remain on that channel for around a minute the EPG will populate.
