Can you help me with a Long code for Golf VI ABS/ESP?

The original ABS module has died. The replacement module : 1K0 907 379 AD

Left hand drive. 280/253mm disks. No hillhold assistant.

Here are the specs:

I've retrofited my jetta mk5 from ASR to ESP, and now I can't calculate right long coding.

Jetta 1.4 CAXA WVWZZZ1KZ8M158208, 288mm front/256mm rear disk, NO 4x4, LHD, no PLA
ESP off button
I've tried a lot of calculators without succes,
