Got this message when I tried to read BCM2 uPD 70F3381. Checked voltage at connection and got way below the required 3.26V. Any suggestions?

My LED use 12V so 560 Ohm give me good luminosity. Usual Led use 12V need 560 ohm resistor.

I tried renesas m32c M30879FK from rcd210 Vw , and it is just not working.
It reads flash partialy then error .

BKGND is RXD. Push info on the programmer and you have all you need.

Hi everyone This is my second attempt to reset pcf7941 using Orange5 I will share what I discovered, maybe someone has gone further and can share knowledge.
At the beginning I will say I did not have the Chrysler used key to test with pcf7941. With the Orange5 info it's written that can unlock any pcf7941 so I used some Vaux/Opel keys , desolder chip and try it . I put the Chrysler data and it didn't unlock at all. Programmer start to do the job and get "error 9" at the end, chip still locked and frequency working as before.
    IMG_20171202_143947_1.jpg
another test was with completely blank new chips and was written correctly but it can be only used for Chrysler fobik keys that I don't have possibility to test with the car.
My thoughts are that maybe it does not unlock these chips because they really are not pcf7941 as it's different mark on them and they may only recognized by the readers as pcf 7941.
I go furher and I got the data for pcf7941 Insignia astra J 2 button key and try use this instead of Chrysler.bin file. I thought that it should work but the error come out se picture.
    IMG_20171202_144831.jpg
As we can see the Orange5 software is secured and the other file then Chrysler.bin can't be used.
My question is did someone brake this or know what to do to use different file?. Unlocking Orange function is useles for now as it's not unlocking at all only writte Chrysler data on empty chip.
