UPA USB v1.3
copy all file in folder path to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ELRASOFT\UPA-USB Suite\Device Programmer (x64)
C:\Program Files\ELRASOFT\UPA-USB Suite\Device Programmer (x86)
User name: ABC
Activation key: ABC

if display Invalid SN -> OK -> Activate(Every time you start the UPA must repeat)
