Ok guys finally got my MVCI updated and working and did SWS initialization and all done.

So I guess still same as before as long as you have a tool that can do initialization

Glad it worked out, like I said, one software version back with honda and might not have the option to calibrate. Mine was 3.16.1 or something like that from august 2015 and could not calibrate 2016 accord seat, while i downloaded at the time version from november 2015 which was the newest and to my suprise option was there, good thing is that honda offers 3 day subscription for couple of dollars which will allow you to finish the job

Yes Honda subscriptions are reasonable compared to most others

Only original MVCI will work with this. OTC makes honda MVCI so you can buy OTC or MAtco MVCI they work the same I have MATCO unit. Cheapes way to get one is to buy broken OTC pegisys scanner on ebay. It has a detachable MVCI on the back of it which also works with HDS.

Just go to official honda servie express site for our country and get subscription

That's not true. A good
j2534 box will do. you can look up Honda's recommendation on their website. I didn't even have to use Honda software to calibrate this.

You can calibrate that seat with a lot of scanners now. Back then not many could. I had up to date snapon, autoenginuity...none would do it
