So I got my unit brand new from Smelecom. I ran the self test with the adapter which it passed. But when I did the EEProm adapter and connected it properly. It gave me a series of errors. Literally got the unit yesterday. Contacting them between 8pm-5am EST is a problem since I have to take this device home to talk to them it seems. I already emailed the smelecom rep that sold it to me. I'm just hoping I get an easy resolution.

You have been at the developers homepage and downloaded software for PC.

Yes I did that post #486. It was the first thing I did when I got the unit.
