Has anyone had this problem
Impossible to get a understandable answer from smelecom. This my problem
My Vag prog buzzes when plugged in to the obd port and the screen is just white fuzz.
Help desk keeps insisting I get a new power supply WTF? This after they guaranteed a new obd adapter would fix it. which I bought and it made no difference..

hi!

just tried vw polo late 2016 with smelecom.
i have the new mqb software. but it sais Failed to access work mode.

any tips on how to do this car? normally polo should work.

I live in the United States and have mostly US vehicles to do.
You know what you really burning me is?
Is that my competition here by me has Jprog ..... And is able to do the new 2017 GM vehicles mainly the trucks. I have asked help desk last October if they will have solution, and answer was soon. I have asked this week again because I am losing many jobs to my competition. And they only said I can Miles by BCM. Which I already knew I was more interested in the hours in Dash.
Does anybody in here have a solution to this?

yes, buy Jprog also and you can do all!

i already fixed that issue, im going to boot my old pc to check what i did to fix it
i cant remember now, it was a while ago
that buzz and white fuzz was scary AF

what we all have to understnd , is one tool wont do it all. are stronger in some areas more than others. wish one tool did it all i wouldnt carry smele dp4 enigma diggy etc my boot is almost full
too funny its crzy tht activtion dp4 is next.............they just cant get the keys right

Anyone know what eeprom in both early 16 and late 16 is? maybe just a eeprom swap and a early dump with vin edited could fix problem? i wonder
but donor dump would need to have same options are target would guess
