i have same problems with my vag prog

on the golf mk7 13&63&14 plates

hardly any go? (obviously jc not included)

however pretty much all the 64-present (non jc) go?

tried the unlocking the car , then leaving ignition off and just turning lights on to wake up the can (then reading km) then when its read km turning the ignition on and programming km ( that doesn’t work either)

    anyone got any ideas?

i know its possible because all the ones i havnt been able to do have gone fine with enigma/dp4/smok

My DSP3 is acting up can't connect to internet to update!
I get connection and everything looks good but when I use activate function after a few seconds I get message poor connection...
But if i look at connection its good, i even tried plugging adapter in my laptop and on my laptop it worked it connected and i was able to search on google etc.
Anyone run into this issue? Whats the fix?

Im using USB Wifi stick, no cable.

If I push activate function after a few seconds I get:

    Screen Dialog Box Says

    InterNet

0021-00 Poor network, please check your network connection ...

Then when I push ok sometimes I get a notepad text log that says

    Error! T

I have tried on my wifi and my 2 phones Verizon hotspot and same outcome, If i connect wifi adapter to my pc it works so adapter is good.

We had the same thing happen last week on two DSP’s. Went on for four days. After several very forceful emails they told us to reinstall the Internet.exe file from their site. Still didn’t work. Then Friday morning they just suddenly connected and both activated. After speaking with some other users the belief is that they are having server issues.

Wow thanx for advice, I was about to ship it to China but tried one more time and it worked, guess as you said a server issue.
