Hoping someone might be able to help, my DSP3 was working fine when last used on a VW , now when I connect to car via obd adapter it reads message "please connect an adapter and press OK" so I got a DK member to check with their adapter but still reads the same message, this leads me to believe the problem is inside the DSP3 unit and hoping someone can share what the cause is and how to fix it.. Thanks in advance

You can send it in to Smelecom as well. Shipping is reasonable and they are pretty good at prompt service.

Hello everyone, i also was having same issue with obd adapter on my usa prog and after contacting smelecom they advised to get new obd. Im currently waiting for the new one and in the meantime i have a new problem im windering if anyone else is having the same issue. I went to do a honda accord a little while ago and when i start the machine it tells me i have to connect to pc link and register. ( just want to note that it was not time to update or activate as i did that approx 2 weeks ago with no problems) when i connect to pc link to register it fails giving me a "neterror:e0021twice" error. My machine will not do anything unless i register. I tried activate and it fails to see machine, i tried software update and a pop up comes up asking me to login. The only thing that successfully goes through is firmware update. Im going to contact smelecom but just thought in the meantime I would reach out and see if anyone else has any insight to this problem. Thanks in advance i appreciate everyones input on this forum it has been super helpful to me over the past few months.

2018 Dodge journey, kept failing... I would send logs but I rarely receive solutions or answers when I do.

Anyone know if we confirm do these yet?

    Also a 2018 Pacifica I can't do.

I have dsp3 and Has been updated with all hardware and software.as of 2 weeks ago.

No experience to comment on the Chrysler/Fiats. You have the new FPCB installed? Have you tried 2018 GM?
