207 j34p no communication

Hi all, have an 207 2007 with no communication with ecu. Been checking wires pin L4 live and pin f4 earth, regarding to my diagram this is all what i need to have for communication. I also changed the ecu twice and is still the same. Any peuogout specialised here that can help me thru...faults are no communication with ecu. Thanks

disconnect connector of ESP and there measure CAN messages from ECU and BSI with oscilloscope.

All communicating fine apart from ecu.
