Is the Sunray a single Cable tuner or the Triple tuner. If the Triple tuner, then you need to set it up differently. BTW, the Default or EPG frequency is 643MHz, SR=6887, QAM=64 for Pure NTL areas. Try a manual scan on that frequency and see if you have a signal

The Triple tuners need setting differently, you can't use ABM as you have to change the frequency. You will need to do a Google search to find the procedure, I just found it in seconds. This is part of it

The main thing you have to remember here is the frequencies you enter needs to have a 01 in front of it. So if a frequency for your area is 643.000 you loose the 000 from the end and put a 01 in front of the 643 so you end up with 01634 in the frequency entry. For the symbol rate you need in most cases a zero in front so 6667 will be entered as 06667.
You may also be able to edit the Lamedb or satellites.xml, I last had one about 5 Years ago, it was a pain to setup but did work.

You should be able to find the answer from lincsat on post 2 start with checking signal on tuners and the connections into box and lnb are good.

Is this for Cable? This is the Cable TV section

If so, then you're best using EPG Importer for Cable EPG. The Open TV for 28e certainly will not work for Cable
