i had a code with that key to.when i tried to put the code it worked and showed me the same cut
but i did that only for trying and training
i didnt started to cut keys for custumers yet i am now in training only
and with the help of you all i will be good

Hmmm, i'm actually only aware of there being one size of tracer probe for the Condor. the 1x6x40mm
Is the 2mm actually a genuine condor product?

The instacode certificate is to get 1 year free access to the instacode live website/app
I never received one with my machine either, and was never able to get any support from Xhorse in retrieving a certificate.

Question
When i try to update minicondor to 4.0.2
1. file (firmware)update ok
2. file (sd) start and get error
mashine start but when chose something on screen is big mees.
I put sd card in mashine and try update again but same.
Sd card must be formated or prepared to mashine recognise?
Or update kit is problem?

Update the machine again by USB.That 2rd part SD is not external SD card,you just need to connect pc and condor by usb,then update.

I didn't receive mine either and been trying to have this sorted for along time. Still waiting for Xhorse support to resolve this issue.

Sx9 not work. Side cuts is ok but normal cut no. Machine need cut little more on the front.
Need cut this i mark on the photo

If not pin go like this on the key

For work need cut it 2 time. One time normal and ufter this i put a uncut key and ufter machine measure this key before start cutting i press pause and i put first key but i keep it little back.

The key i have at the end is like this
