The decoding is correct for that type. Maybe you tried to decode a worn key.

I've successfully used the condor in the past to decode and cut a Fiesta HU101.
What software version you are using? Maybe they screwed it up in an update (I'm still running old version until they fix FO21 problems they now have in updates)

try do a calibration first, even if all other keys cut ok

his calibration seems ok,checked the parameter in the "Self Test".but his key seems abrasive seriously.so maybe Universal Type copy of mini condor or manual cutting is better choice.

Open the upgrade kit software and you'll find the latest V4.0.4 software

still have a problem with renault va6 key for twingo
tried everything even decoding by eye with pros of this forum and didnt worket
even universal key copy didnt worked
