    Cutting looks fine.
Why dont you use caliper, to measure the old key?

Both cuts are known by instacode.
The 24342333 was my second guess to.instacode: 04014

Could it decode the key proper?
Could you decode it, any other way?
It looks a bit different, the cuts nearest to the tip.
Also your new blade, it is the same lenght?
It appears longer. And it is missing grooves.
Measured both from shoulder to tip.

Your cuts shoulder be something like this:1221113243.
    Not 1221113242

    User error

you get these options when you decode a key with the tracer

if you choose cut key it will make exact duplicate of key that it traced even if the key is worn down

if you choose correct and cut it will fix key back to original specs

like if the key is worn down a little it will bring it back up to factory specifications
