    so i broke my screen..................

got another on order from factory we will see how long it takes..

fyi if the screen is broken you cant do anything

    even if you try bluetooth

it still needs to have the cut button on the screen pressed

    so yea

dropped something on it juuuust right

no you cant use it at all if the screen is broken because basically all that happens is the machine gets sent an instruction to do something

but you still need to hit cut on the touchscreen on the machine to initiate the cut process

i managed to source one locally today and am about to go and put it on

still have one on order from factory tho and will keep as spare

shout out to my local shop locksmith keyless down here in the 305 for having the screen in stock

wrapped in like 4 layers of bubblewrap

just put it on and it seems to even be a better make than the first

the first one if you looked at it from a side angle you could like see these lines in the screen

    this one seems better?

there are a few other places that keep them in stock as well but they asked me not to tell as they keep them in reserve for their personal customers

    Really?

Only places I could find online were all out of stock

Only one in USA online was IKS
    Also out of stock

There were only 4 places in the usa I could find them
    1. IKS out of stock
    2. My local store had it and bought it
    3. This guy didnt want to sell it because I didn't buy machine from them
4.has it in stock and was willing to sell it but he's not local so it would take a day or two(asked me not to mention them as they prefer to keep in stock for customers who bought the machine from them)

Out of these four only one even advertises a screen replacement on the website

the rest you would have to call and ask

Also I appreciate your help in the matter thank you

still having issues cutting the hu58, no support for xhorse, i emailed and when i message them on skype, i just get told "will ask engineer" and never a response back, and i purchased this directly from them!

when i load the key as the condor says to alight on m2 side 1, it cuts the shoulder, if i dont and move it a little back, im pretty much guessing at where ill align it so it wont cut the shoulder...and then also guessing its the exact same spot i put on the reverse side.

when i cut hu92, the probe detects where the key blade is, so it cuts it perfect and even both sides, this one just assumes i have it aligned correctly. anyone else having this issue??

haven't tried to see if it works
for all who's having a trouble cutting keys with xc-007
calibrating xc-007 with HON66 before cutting any high security key only way that works for me.
I would like to hear something from xhorse regarding this issue

hi , there , if you have some troubles for cutting , there has some things you can check ,

1, use the right blank key , and put the key in right position on the clamp
2, do all calibrations of xc-mini condor ,also make sure you use the right cutter ,change new one if the cutter is worn ,

if you still has trouble after you do all of that , pls try to contact us by skype , you can search Xhorse-support for find some support , take a photo of key ( original and new key that you made )

here is how i am putting the key, just as the machine says to align, now see how it cuts that shoulder. why cant they make the machine probe detect where key blade is like hu92 does.

i already did clamp configuration and that is a brand new blade. i have no issue cutting other keys ive done, except hu58 is giving me issues, and xhorse good at taking money, but when need support, they do not respond.

You placed correctly the key in the clamp. Condor touches the tip of the key only if it hasn't shoulders. If you don't have another problem, try downgrading the firmware.
