why does it foock up renault emergency blade totally

It cuts into the toolbit

tried to clone new BMW key . it is not in the menu but tried other and it tried to do its best on it but toooooo narrow it seems .....................


So Why did i buy this machine??????????????????????
It is to make life a bit more simple ...
So am omly looosinng money on a well spent investment i thought


seeems they released this machine toooo soone with many bugs ..

the only key that cuts good from copy is clio two

Why do we need t ????? It is not ourr Job M8's ....

they in the year 2006 it seems and we Far ahead and they have Silca behind them i believe ..
Fix the foocking CONDOR database please ...


I even sent them video on How it foocks up the machine while cutting VA2EH2 Key

If you could be bothered to read a thread about your tool you will very quick see the problem with the renault emergency blades...

Although I dont know why they dont take measurements from the blade and make sure everything is correct and it wont cut into the clamp.... real simple to do.

Tonight i checked for any software updates and encountered a small discrepancy between the software version in my machine (V 3.0.1), and the update tool appears only to give the latest software version as V 2.1.2 (Update tool version 2.0.2). I presume this is only an issue with the version of update tool i'm using.

Would anyone be kind enough to provide a link to the latest custom key tool and update tool?
Are there any further machine updates available from V 3.0.1?

Another issue i was looking into, is i was told and under the impression that with the purchase of an XC mini i would receive 1 year free access to the Instacode live software. However i never received the activation code with my machine, and i don't seem to be making any progress on this matter with the seller.

Hopefully Samic or other tech support can assist with this.
Did others receive this ok with their machines?

My condor doesnt list blank or valid key number , can anything be done to cut on my machine . I had tried use the key customisation software but to be quite truefull i dont no how to use it , when i try to add axis they never line up to what is stated on InstaCode and just added its own i would be really helpful if someone could help me out cheers

Not work can not tighten key into clamp

Go to cut by bitting
Then try key decode
it doesn't go deep enough to touch bitting!!!! It says 44444444 is the bitting
