Yeah some guys are very good figuring out the code by eye, is there a HU66 Diagram I can reference, or put over the key to figure out the code,

You have a perfect way of doing it, yes I did not really know how to machine figures out the points I always thought it was by pressure, guess its a mixture of a bunch of things....

Learn something new every day,

Decode by eye if you have old key or by lishi if no key

Insert hu66 metal key

Input code you got

Start the machine so it calibrates on the metal key and just when it is about to start cutting

Press pause and pull out metal key blade and swap in plastic blade

press pause again to continue

This is how I do it

Iv seen ninja decode several types of key jus by looking at the cut!!

Instacode is helpfull.
You can even display a key, after typing in the cuts.
Hu66 reading tips: look at the bottom first.
There you will look for the cut height. 1.
And look at the upperside, and look for 4 cuts.
Compare every cut to the cut next to it.
A 1 depth will not be next to a 4 depth.
So compare every cut, with the cut beside it.

I get the feeling this blade is the only problem of the Condor. It is in the discussion ever since the first Condor XC007 was released. It has never been OK. For years it has had the same issue - Condor just can't cut this!
