I agree its a real PITA. dont know any workaround. It should be real simple to fix. I mentioned it months ago on this thread, then to xhorse people I saw at a show in UK, and they still dont do anything to fix this. Makes me wonder if the people we get to speak to dont have any avenue to developers, or they just dont care. TOY43 10 cut blade, XHorse please fix !

for the megan emergency key you have to put somthing under the blade to cut
like a piece of credit card and it will work

Perhaps Condor can modify the software to allow you to "move" the line to position 3 or 4 from the top via software for keys like this?
I know I can cut onto a TR47 then copy with a side by side duplicator but it would be nice if my $3000 machine can do it directly.

i have a question, what settings do you have your cutter? right now i have mine at default which i believe it is medium speed, and 2 pass cuts. does anyone have issues with single pass cuts?

The less cutting depth in any direction and more passes provide better surface quality and accuracy. This type of cutting method also increases the lifetime of the milling tool.

This might be a stupid question but which Condor web site is the official company site (not a reseller) and where can I download the latest official PC software and latest machine software to keep my Condor Mini updated? Many of the links I find online are questionable source and report viruses attached.

Look for the Xhorse update kit. It will automatically download from the servers latest version and update your device....

They seem to have made a new machine but forgot this stuff which maybe they can do in Version 3 then...

1) Space between cover and key should be bigger.... Many keys with casings like VW flip key will not allow you to close the cover . X6 wins in this point.
2) They should make the screen with adjustable angle. Many time the machine is on a higher / desk and it's then difficult to operate and see what's on the screen.
3) Mounting support - to make it easier when mounting the machine on a Mobile unit as you don't want it flying around in the back of your VAN....

The release should be in mid August regarding the swimming machine.
I guess this one would work out fine with the new Pad which is on its way very soon from this company.
Quite integrated then. Using pad to do programming. And sending away info with Bluetooth (or USB), about cutting in one piece of item.

But I guess it is possible to use any other pad/mobile phone or PC as well.

Condor xc-mini plus, saw it in the 5.18 Chinese locksmith annual meeting.
it improves in the first 2 points as obeids guess. I am not sure the 3rd point.
