This is a maz24r keyblade.
Smartkey keyblades only need 8 cuts.
The keycode is on the doorcilnder.
This stamped code gives you 10 cuts.
What is the problem, not ennough space for 10 cuts?
Sorry I meant M1

You slide the shoulder stop on the key onto the shoulder stop little rectangle bar thing that comes with the machine

This video shows a b114r but its the same thing
Yea video was just example I understand....yeah I need more practice with M1 piece maybe
I have cut many Mazda keys on my xc-mini so it definitely works
Maybe that emergency key has a problem because of the cutout
I have cut today an emergency key for the latest Mazda6. Yes, the problem is the cutout. I had to make a custom part what fills out that hole. After that I could fix it in the clamp. The cutting was perfect.

It's not a file. Sorry if it wasn't clear. I made a custom metal part which fills the cutout (hole) on the smartkey blade in order to fix it into the clamp without moving.
CAN you share info on the metal cut out that you made? Maybe a picture, really appreciate all the help,
Can you show picture, and maybe some more details of how you made the cut and the clamp for the Mazda key, i just do not want to screw up more cuts.
Issue I have is tip of the key needs a cut which I believe it does not cut.
Car is 2015 Mazda 3
It says key blade should be mazda13 I believe not 24r but I'm just guessing.
Maz24r and maz13 are the same.
Like i said before, the doorcilinder has a 10 cut code on it.
But you only need 8 cuts to open the door.
You need to measure this smartkey blade.
From tip, to shoulder a regular blade is about 29.0 mm long.

Ok will do that, guess issue I had was key would not fit in the door right from the tip was too thick so maybe have to adjust my start point on machine.
make sure you shoulder gauge the key and are not going by the tip!!!!!!!!!!!
