Hello,

I'm encountering a problem with my SMOK UHDS. I've full version.

When I try to do a PCR2.1 adaptation, it always fails ! I've bugged 3 pcr2.1 and no one answers my emails in your company.

Unlock = OK , Prepare = OK but each time I click on "Read Immo Data", your software tells me "Prepare ECU first"... but it's always prepared.... Just a clue, As I do the unlock operation, power supply consumption is unstable.

Three tries with 3 differents ecus (different both hw and software) and problem is same

I've sent to you my logs. PLease give me an answer.

I have always got a Mail back within 1 or 2 days, and fixes were implemented for real Problems within a week.
So i can´t say that about SMOK-Support.

First of all you need, as been told many times, good stable power supply. I did few PCR2.1 and never had problem. Just stick with help file in UHDS and go step after step.

1.Can I do Simos7PP (Octavia II BSE) adaptation with SMOK ??
2.Adaptation can only be done when IMMO is ON ??
I see only Simos10 but maybe it does it when I select some other ECU ??

Is it good for keys or just for pin codes,dashboard etc..
