smok uhds last version 3.4.1.2 after update firmware,opel ecu bosch dsg16 not read pin code, error at 50% OF reading eeprom

but for mileage edit or VIN write all ok

this hapen only after update firmware to last version

tested in 3 ecu same problem same error in same adress of reading

pin readed fast with other tool

hope smok team repair this bug in coming update

bcz i am using only uhds for opel, now must go to other man to get other box for reading

can post screen shot or give other details if needed

NEW problem in Smok

open license VW0030 SIMOS PCR 2.1 Read PIN + CS ... who has experience ??
it works ??
Tested unlock eep ok
... but the big problem, Read Ecu ID ..... from " error Read " !!! as in photo attached
I saw video and read instructions, I changed PC, I started SW as administrator, always present problem.

I use good quality power supply 5A min, I also connected ecu in the car, always error! Open sw as an " Admin" ... changed pc ecc ..

Scream because you see, post #1358, I opened two license Renualt ABS, and tried to work 2 cars, and also generate error here!

so this week in Smok paid 140+140+320 ... and I did not find any solutions.

word on the forum is that smok a excellent seller is but not in support!

Anyone have same thinks than me...

I have bought a FULL PSA option (PTP3) 1 year ago,

And now when i ask about bought a update to remain in FULL PSA he say ma MUST pay additionnal activation at normal price.

They don't have same possibility then AVDI and update version from old to new.

It's big problem because for now if i update my PSA FULL (PTP3) with new activations released till now they cost me more expensive than bought a new FULL PSA ((PTP3)).

Hello support from smok is like abrites i have some problem with SIMOS PCR 2.1 Read PIN + CS support tell me read manuel

5 star for a support and for me lost money

if they do like that with a new customer????????
