Haveing the same trouble with Xprog Org. 5.84 at the moment.
It Checks, then "bypass security" and then "device is silent"
I tryed with orignal scematic , 2 different ones from Forum,
with and without Pins lifted, with 4,5,6, and 7 wires connected.
Maybe i should get me a Carprog....
Hi all. I have the same problem.
I want to read Motorola MC33690DW CIM
Can I read with CarProg or Upa?
Regards
Hello,
Has anyone managed to read this processor with the Upa programmer?
Works with upa 1.3 with nec/motorola 912 adapter. The bad news are that i cannot pass the security issue and bypass it... so, xprog or orange 5 or mc912 programmer is the alternative
Hello!
I'm also trying to read a mc9s12dg128cfue with xprog 6.12 and orange 5. but get different dumps and none is correct.
the MCU is desoldered. I don't get any communication with Carprog 10.93 and upa.

Hi
How does xprog read the secure mcu? Will UPA read it if you get the security code?
[QUOTE = fuzz1; 4143553] Hola
¿Cómo lee xprog el mcu seguro? ¿Lo leerá UPA si obtiene el código de seguridad? [/ QUOTE]
hi MC9S12DG128
to read in circuit con upa you must lift the reset leg
Hi
What about reading with UPA with security bytes known? Would that be possible? Anyone tried and was successful?
I'm curious to know how xprog goes about reading secured chips without inputting security bytes.
-HC05, HC08, HC12 each is with completely different securing architecture.
