now I read MC9S12DG128 - 3L40K with carprog without problem.
CARPROG:
In carprog i am using A10 cable.
Red --> 77 VDDx
Brown --> 76 VSSX
Blue --> 30 Reset
Gray --> 15 MODC
Just select MCU and read.
Maybe it will help someone in future
