Default Zgemma H2h intermittent sound issue

    Hi folks

I am having an issue with my zgemma which I am hoping someone can help me on.

Occasionally I find when powering oj the box from standby I only get a picture and no sound, normally it's fixed by performing a full off and full on of the box but sometimes even that doesn't work.

It is a new box so am unsure whether it is a setting within the box or something else.

Has anyone else suffered this issue on the zgemma?

    Thanks in advance

Not noticed that myself but have come across a couple of these with slightly more than 'Snug' fitting HDMI ports on the rear where i physically had to apply more than normal pressure to make sure the HDMI lead was correctly inserted.

    Worth a shot

    Ahhh yes

Come to think of it, putting my HDMI cable in was real hard work. Really difficult fit.

Quick question I have heard there maybe a known sound issue with zgemmas and Panasonic TVs and a change need to be made either on the TV or zgemmas with relation to HDMI settings. If anyone can confirm this it would be great. Of anyone has a Panasonic LCD LED TV who could share their zgemmas AV settings it would be most appreciated. The tv model I have is a 47AS650b thanks
