Citroen C3 -2008-hdi- No crank

Hi, every body , there is a Citroen c3 -1.4 l-2008 - HDi
It won't start or crank when i turn the key. I will write what I have done .
1 - when you turn the key , some noise ( relay sound) come out from BSI, but there is no noise from bm34 ( engine fusebox). But after 3-minute car will go to eco mode, and no more relay sound from psi . and for getting out of eco mode I needed to plug off power from BSI.
2- I checked all fuses . they are ok.
3- Start is also ok, I checked it, It has 12 supply and ground but start signal is not coming. ( I tried to turn on the car on by getting 12 volts to the start, when the ignition was on, so it cranked but still no start. )
4- 3 days ago I changed 15 A fuse ( fuel pump in bm34 -i know it's weird because car is diesel and no electrical fuel pump ) and reset the bsi. So car started and worked perfectly, for 1 day. but suddenly it went off, and no start and crank again.
5- again I see the same fuse is braked, I changed it and did the same things, but it did not help.

Does anyone have any idea about what is the problem? I would appreciate that.

Check BSM inside , wires in ECU plugs and ABS
What about diagnostics ? BSI ,ecu ,Abs etc
No DTc"s

there is no dtc in engine electric.
but there is a fault in bsi " there is no connectivity with engine electronic control unit "
I tried and opened the bsm, but there is resin inside. and it not easy to repair.
I need map to be sure my problem is BSM to change it.

I search and I found it is almost common problem in citroen c3.
