    Hi, My interface from china are missing 2 components although seems to work good. D1 and U4, Anyone know what are they? This is a picture from the internet with these components in place.

    if i can remember correctly
    D1=ESD protection CAN PESD1CAN
    U4 = ESD USB

    I found a problem on the tricore cable. The +12V switch is only on the pin 16 of the obd female. So it cuts the +12V only to the tool. The ecu is always powered. Check in yours cables and reports.

    Mine too, I reworked and put two switches one cuting all positive and another cuting Just the minor positives

    By the Way, boot wire has no resistor to ground

    Opel Corsa 2004 1.3cdti ecu Marelli MJD6JO.C2 Read OK, Write NOT OK (using full read dump in both cases, read and write), ecu not booting at all.... need to fix it by BDM.
