    Default 2003 Tahoe eeprom programing

Kinda new to this been doing it off and on for last year have a USA prog and a 2003 Tahoe failed to write thru OBD, need to program where is eeprom located? Do needles need to be removed? If so is there a soldering option to not have to dismantle cluster? Nice to meet everyone BTW if any of you guys are in the DFW pm me could always use help and swap experience.
