As far as i remember the start stop module is under the headlamp. So maybe wires damaged after an accident.

c4 U1134 start stop
Error in ECU . LIN communication with start stop.
I check connection:
ECU - alternator - start/stop
power x2
disconnect alternator plug
Wires are twisted. So it looks like CAN but everywhere description is LIN
One of them gets ground from ECU
Broken start/stop module ?

Not relay but capacitor driver.
Engine running but on the dash i have start stop error

There's a control unit for the start stop Citroën C4 i worked on that's the unit under the headlamp. You didn't mention the year of the car
