    If code is correct then no matter it's on bench or in car. CAN has nothing to do it.
    Probably:
    - unit has reached 10 wrong codes and now don't even accept original code (you need to r/w 9s12 cpu to reset counter)
    - original code was changed and that's why it not fits.

    My question was NOTHING to do with CAN.... He might not be powering correctly!

    He can't power it wrong way to get wrong code on screen.
    Only proper connection (front panel, main unit and gps module) makes unit turned on.

    i have powered on the bench and after on the car but same result ,the man has been on ford and the ford give him 0260 code ,but the code was not ok that is why i have call you for help...thank you

    Then radio has been recoded, you will need to post dump for code
