My Audi A3 2.0 Fsi keep returning G247 error P0190 on vag com and locked to 3000rpm.

Can someone disable this code and/or disable EGR / FLAPS for me? I must precise that everything is working correctly when i clear the code but it remains coming back and lock my car to 3000rpm.

My file is attached , CKS need to be done on file as my programmer doesn"t do it .
