You must have a bad cable. We have tested that car many time even upload YouTube videos. Also why you keep spend on smartbox your ck200 could have done it? We could send you a new cable. Look at the pins on the obd2 connector,you could have bent a pin.

Forgot to take cheap tools. Lol. I would not pay SB a dime unless everything fails.
No bent pins. Everything worked fine, recognized security, connected to computer.
Hit key and then all keys lost... Then warning popped up saying unusual immobilizer.

I have seen this error before with obd star products before. Usually just hook up skp and it does it fine.

I had the "unusual immobilizer" error on a Honda Odyssey before. I called ray-ray and tried to drive him crazy asking about that problem. I troubleshooted that for 2 hours. I got a blank 46 chip (brand new one) and replaced the one on the remote head key and it went through.

He didnt tell you a pin might be bent? Lol... I know PS80 was the problem as I just changed programmer without touching key and was done immediately.

2006 Chrysler Sebring remote FAIL!!

Closed Immo and went into diagnostics and programmed it through the BCM.

So PS80 was a Semi fail...

in the mvp user guide it has a note for the

12-14 navigator
12-14 expedition
11-15 explorer


it says:

Note: We have found that on these cars ADD-KEY does not work, only use ERASE KEYS

what is different about this car that it cannot add a key

and also can the autopropad add a key to this car?

I believe I have added to this car with PS80 and other programmers. I think the issue of adding is only related to the Mvp hardware itself... I believe.. Can't remember clearly. Lol
