    Default Crash cleaning doubt

    Hello guys,
I have a small doubt about cleaning crash data.
I have a unit with crash data, I retrieved it from the IC and used two different programs to clean: CarTool and Airbag Reseter, when comparing the files I got different clean parts, one clean only on beginning blocks and the other one cleaned more forward down only a big chunk of data.

    Which one should I trust?
    Or
I shouldn't trust any of it and clean it by hand comparing to clean files?

    Thanks

Maybe I should do like all other guys around here, just post a file and ask for someone to clean it.

Hi janushann, is was an ironic response I gave.
I just want to learn how to do it (to clean files) properly. I know we need to have in mind the car model, airbag unit model and chip model/version.

Cmon guys, nobody is perfect. Everyday we learn something, my advice to you brother is to practice and compare files. Test both files, whichever one works cleared your dump correctly. It's going to take you time to get the hang of it but I'm sure we are all capable
