Can anyone explain what the Bonus Points Reward System is please?

Are there any further expenses to be paid to Xhorse after the initial purchase of the key tool (other than extra remotes and chips)?

For example is there an annual fee for the latest software updates?

The bonus point system is meant to reward you with points each time you use the Xhorse remotes.
Once you accumulate enough points they can be exchanged for freebies or money of software authorisations for other Xhorse programmers etc.
One thing to be aware of though regards these remotes (i don;t think this ever changed) but you're only able to use remotes programmed for the same region as the tool. i.e. EU type, so you can't necessarily just goto the cheapest seller in china to buy more remotes as they won't work.

As it stand at the moment, there is no fees associated with using the tool, and all updates are free.
The only thing that you will need to pay for (if you want this function once released for key tool) is the 96bit ID48 cloning. When this was released for the VVDI2 there is an 'authorisation fee' to have the function active in the tool, and each time you clone one of these chips you pay a small fee (in the form of pre-purchased tokens), so is a pay-as-you-go type system.

Lately there hasn't really been many updates for the key tool, i think their occupied with other things at the moment...

I have same feeling... About 96 bit ID 48 for key tool this option is not avaliable yet for EU version, only for China.

The remotes are generally considered universal, with exception that some vehicles use the wireless type - since remote and immobiliser is programmed together in vehicle.
I've attached the manual and wireless remote application list for reference.

    Hope this helps
I saw vvdi tweet about a universal wireless remote. Sounds interesting.

Isn't this the same like the NB-universal remotes of KeyDIY?

It depends what's the definition of a smartkey? Is it same as wireless?

Oh, just now I saw one of the keys on the picture has no key blade. So that is the interesting part...

I would think that the one on the right has Keyless function with hidden blade. Which you choose what would fit your vehicle.
The other is probably the same, but with flip key visible.
This is amazing, I have been thinking of this solution earlier. Now it is here

    Hello,

Still not able to tell if nissan smart keys are locked-unlocked.
The key tools European version, it can renew these, but not show status info.
Can we switch software version, from Europe to usa or middle east, to have this option?
And the VVDI2 does not even recongnise these hitag3.

    Please fix this,

    Great News from Xhorse
Keytool user can buy a Clone 48 96bit since 1.04.2018
1500 free points for calculations , this same as VVDi2

since 1.04.2018 all users who have 48 96 bit activations in VVDI2 can combinate Keytool + VVDI2 and use Keytool to clone 48 as well

I understand it is one of them - 100 points, or 8$ token.
And how much points does VVDI Remote function give you?
