Samic is not responsibile for any tokens etc .
all seller who do this , they should inform customer what is a current status
Simple contact your seller , and he contact manufacture

every s/n is match with proper FW in server, you can do 1000times update , and you will do every time this same

Hi, I'm trying to clone ID46 for a Hyundai Tucson 2013. Vvdi keytool can sniff and calculate original key successfully but it shows "this chip is not supported" when I put new pcf7936 into the coil. Does anyone here have same experience for pcf7936 ?? What chip should I use to clone the original ID46?

Use special Xhorse VVDI2 ID46 cloning transponder. PCF7936 is for programming only, not for cloning.

Can I use TPX3 instead of special ID46 cloning key? Because that special chip is not available in my area.

I don't know - no one replied to me when I asked a similar question. VVDI refuses to work with the TPX4 transponders I have.
It would be nice to make VVDI Key Tool work with TPX because there are some cars that don't like to work with VVDI transponders(2003 Porsche Cayenne in my case), while TPX are always working.
