    Default BMW MULF repair

I have 8 units of BMW MULF modules, most of them year 2004.
Problem is in damaged solderings of BGA and after it - bad software.
    Product codes with 6946393, 6953044, 6938943, 9123290, 9116725.
    There's Motorola CPU XC540203CZT75, Mask 2J13D.
I know there's most of time hardware problem, can solved by resoldering BGA's. But software is also damaged.
My question is, is there any possibility to read/write thru BDM CPU and external flash 28F128J3C150?
Has anyone done this and what software/hardware used?
I tried to flash via WinKFP, no success, product code corrupt or rebooting all the time.

If BDM connection does not help, is there anybody who has working unit, BGA64 reading possibility and will make me a good working dump for 28F128J3C150 flash(i can read/write flashi with Beeprog2) Or maybe even has it already?

    Any help would be great!

99,9% the damage of the content flash 28F128J3C. Only soldering never helps. Checked on a dozen or so pieces.
I enclose the file with the new program. Will heal every MULF. Beeprog in this will help.

    I think, that I helped.

    Hello
I also have problems with the module mulf,
But just sound cuts when it's hot in summer,
Do you think there may also be a programming problem or a bga hs solder?
    Thank you
