I have same ecu and same car.. did you chekcum corrected and cut any wire or disconnect EWS module after flashing immo off file ??? I read it on ither topic that when you read flash by OBD socket or in bootmode then change the file siemens encoding, and you must remove that modification. before you write it back to flash.. is it rignt ? did you read/write by OBD or desolder 29f400 ??
