Default skybox F5s hdmi port fail

I connected a faulty hd lead and now there is no signal via the hd port, the scart still works. Would a fw upgrade repair it?

did you try connecting the hdmi cable when box and tv were on =blown port ?

never ever unplug/plug cables in while units are powered on and skyboxes have crappy ports as known issues.
