This tool can do all keys lost without service mode but it involves sending some data to Lonsdor support, they send you a file back which will prepare a chip for you to start the car.
They charge about $50 each car.

this sounds similar to what handy baby does with vw assistant , except to a £4 jmd 48 chip , so may be possible .

You press eeprom back up, then go to make dealer key, place tp23 chip in the machine slot and then learn key. Done

In his "instruction" there is nothing about sending anything to any server. As far as I know it is simply impossible to read EE without working key.

Contact them on WhatsApp or Skype and let them know what does and what does not work so they can fix it

It's not a tool for old cars, that's not what its made for and there are better options out there.

Is it reliable company? To make toyota they used to use tango, now it's blocked (according to tango forum). Toyota emulators still works in lonsdor?

Not work as no option to reset immo. But probabluly yiu can use it with other tools.
