free updates for life is a myth , a lie if you prefer , no firm can give free updates for life without an ongoing income to pay for the development , so some decide to charge for updates , some release paid for new functions , some do both and others just discontinue the machine and release a new one , just be grateful they havnt abandoned your tool entirely like others , YET !

There so many for example free update for life.

2. X100PRO from OBDSTAR
3. VAGPROG from SMELECOM
