hello i have proplem for instal xprog v 5.55 not work with me .

your xprog is fine, pc/drivers problem, first you need adobe reader 10, second change com port to (if you can to com1 or com2) , reinstall or clean install ftdi drivers if nothing helps install another OS on that pc or change computer...

hello i have proplem for instal xprog v 5.55 not work with me .

first install adobreader then activate the license and then transferred folder== iXprog5.55 soft = = in the C partition only , and then it will work if cannot work reinstal windows

just search for the no dongle version and use it no install needed , and is your firmware for ver 5.55 and is correct adobe installed

you need check your system.. this one can be only work at XP32bit or WIN7 64BIT windows
and make sure your driver is ok..and com port.
NO ANTIVIRUS!

i also have problems installing the software
from research i have found out i am missing a pacth file wich i did not get on the cd with the box
so i can not install the drivers for the box
can any one help me resolve this isseu ?

upload your software come with your hardware.
I know what to look for if you have not resolve.
