carprog 8.21 lib file problem...pleae help!

can anyone advise me on the best way to get my car prog working

its 8.21 online and 9.31 offline

I have activated software and all loads up but when I click on anything I get the fault shown in the picture.

folder I load programme up from is as shown to.

the lib file looks to be cut short...where can I get a complete one if this is the case or is there another problem???

in carprog folder you noht have ....ua.lib

your lib file in the folder needs to be renamed
for some reason its been renamed shorter than it should be
150428CAR00542UA.lib is full name yours is 150428CA you need to add the rest to its name R00542UA ....
