any one had problems with the backup of this game not working and freezing.

ok this is how to get it working

start game and let it freeze as normal

copy attached file to SD card

restart Wii go into Data Management and copy saved game from SD card to Wii memory

restart game and select the first profile

Hi yes i had the same issue, when it said 'create new profile' then it just froze up thanks for that

copy the private folder from the RAR file to the root of the SD card - it may say folder already exist, overwrite, just say yes.

Thanks fella, nice easy instructions and game up and running . Any idea how I can stuff the Aussies and make sure they remain at the bottom of the pile for approx 100 years.

Cheers for this, cant wait to play Ashes. Anybody had similar problems with backup's of Kart Racer or Summer Olympics? For info if it helps I am using a SOFTMOD only console

Replaced faulty wii and had to use the original disk again to create the gamesave. Thanks for pointing in the right direction.
