    Try shorting zone 1, and remove bell tamper, power it down and power back up battery 1st. I do hope this is your alarm not some unsuspecting victim.

    Ye it's mine was gonna up grade to the Galaxy g2-20 sorted out the factory reset but it's being set up on kitchen table at mo makin sure its workin OK .ive put eol on all zones but for some Random reason zn 15 and 18 keep showing tamper also is there a way of programming batt fail off the system thanks
